I
am dedicated to the practice of bankruptcy law and educating people on what it is, how to avoid it if you can, and when you
need it. I seek to educate not only my clients, but the public at large. I write articles in addition
to the information I write on my website, on various blogs.
I am particularly proud to be
a founding member of the Bankruptcy Law Network, a blog set up by me and some professional friends of mine to provide accurate legal information
about bankruptcy to the public.
There is so much bad information available to people on the internet, from friends,
and even from lawyers who don't get the law right. We wanted to have a forum to write about what we do and to be
sure that the information was based upon knowlege of the law.
This blog is by real lawyers, who are dedicated
to the practice of bankruptcy law, and who write about our experiences and what we know. Lawyers can't just pay
to join this group. It isn't run by a company who is charging lawyers for client leads. It is simply
a place for us to discuss our opinions, our cases, and our bankruptcy practices in hope of educating people with the
truth about bankruptcy and fianancial issues.
You can find articles by me and the other members about all aspects
of bankruptcy and debt issues on the site, with basic questions and situations about bankruptcy addressed.

Of course I am biased, but I think this is one of the best resources of bankruptcy information available on the internet.
