Having problems sending me a form?  ..

North Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyer in Charlotte NC for Chapter 7 / Chapter 13

The problem seems to come from firewalls on people's computers.  If you can't submit a form, pleases disable your firewall software and try again, or print the form and fax it to me at 704/377-0775.

If you do not have a fax, you may mail it, or call to discuss further options.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* Some people are experiencing difficulties with submitting this form due to firewalls. I am working with the site host to fix the problem but I recommend that before you submit, you print this page. If it goes through, you will get a confirmation screen that says it went through. If you get a message that says "java.lang.NullPointerException" , then it did not go through.  For information about resolving the problem, please follow the links on the form page.  If you wish, you may fax the printout to me at 704-377-0775 or mail it to me. Sorry for the inconvenience.

SUBMISSION OF A FORM DOES NOT CREATE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELEATIONSHIP, AND UNTIL YOU MEET WITH SUSANNE ROBICSEK AND SIGN A WRITTEN CONTRACT FOR LEGAL SERVICES, YOU ARE NOT BEING REPRESENTED BY THE LAW OFFICE OF SUSANNE M. ROBICSEK AND NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN ON YOUR BEHALF

Java/ Error Message

The forms processor requires a referring url be submitted for a form to be processed. This is a a security precaution to ensure the best service for our customers. If the "no referrer" error message is received, it indicates that the referring url is not being sent.

The most common reasons for this to occur are:

1) Norton Personal Firewall software, or another type of Firewall in use. Users of the Norton Personal Firewall software have reported issues using forms. If you are running this software, please disable it before you attempt to complete the form. You may need to re-start your computer after disabling the software to ensure that the firewall is not in operation. We apologize for any inconvenience. Newer Norton software programs allow for a temporary disabling of the system, which should allow you to send the form.

2)Trying to submit the form from a page that resides on a local computer (not on the Internet). Your form must reside on-line to be submitted.

3)Dial-up provider is filtering referrer. Users of Web-TV may experience this error message due to the referring url not being sent.
