Cases are assigned according to the county you live in. Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, and Anson counties are assigned to Charlotte.
The notices you get will always contain the address and location of your court or meeting. If you are unsure of any information,

Court hearings for all Charlotte bankruptcy cases are held at the Federal Courthouse at 401 West Trade St., Charlotte NC 28202.
The Federal Courthouse is on WEST Trade Street; do not confuse this with the State Courthouses on East Trade Street.
Charlotte Chapter 7 Creditor Meetings are at:
402 West Trade St, Charlotte NC 28202
This building is across from the Federal Courthouse.
Charlotte Chapter 13 Creditor Meetings
are held across the street from the Federal Court House on West Trade Street, in the same place as the Chapter 7 Creditor
Meetings (see above).
Some hearings during a case may be held at the Chapter 13 Trustee's Office, but only upon specific notice. (Unless
you have a scheduled appointment or hearing, you should generally not go to his office. Legal questions should be directed
at your attorney.)
